• MIPIM Wrap-up lecture: On March 19 at MIPIM (Cannes, France), Thomas Beyerle (Head of Global Research at Aberdenn Property Investors) shared the stage for the keynote wrap-up lecture. Thomas presented his point of view of global commercial real estate markets based on this research. I presented my sense of the markets based on the survey work carried out by our first-year MBA students who accompanied me. The slides are here.

• Housing for Smarties: On October 6 2009, I gave a lecture to a general audience based on my 15 years of research on the housing market. I used my personal housing market experience to highlight key lessons from my research and make the lessons relevant to every one. The video and slides are here
